Since 2003, AECO has gathered the Arctic expedition cruise industry, partners, and other stakeholders connected to Arctic cruise tourism, at an annual event. This has turned into several days of related events, and we welcome you to AECO's "Arctic Expedition Cruise Week"!

The week

October 22

Meet the Destinations (MTD) / Market Place (MP)

AECO operators and destination representatives meet for an interactive session, where the destination representatives share experiences, initiatives, projects and visions with the operators. An opportunity to understand what goes into destination management.
Local Arctic producers showcase their products. The event will also serve as a meeting place for participants and work as a platform where AECO members, and other stakeholders connect with producers.

Arctic Cruise Conference (ACC)

Our annual conference! The place where Arctic expedition cruise operators and stakeholders meet.
A day of insight and inspiration for AECO members, partners, local representatives, government officials and other stakeholders connected to Arctic cruise tourism.

Annual Dinner

Come join us in the atmospheric cellar of Klosteret Restaurant in Oslo city.
The old industrial facility and waffle bakery from the early 20th century is now a rustic and cozy restaurant, where we will meet for good food, laughter, a few speeches, and the announcement of this years Puffin Awards winner!

October 24

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our annual meeting for members.

At this meeting we look at the year that has passed, discuss future and strategy, and vote on the issues at hand.

Venue

All meetings and events will find place at Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse.

Registration is binding, and you will recieve an invoice from AECO following the event. Please note: there is a discount if you chose our "Full package" options. If you only wish to participate in some of the events, select only those you will attend.
